PRINTS & PHOTO LICENSING
Terms of Sale
Plain-language terms for made-to-order photography prints and photo-license requests.
What you purchase
A print purchase provides one physical display copy of the selected photograph. Copyright, reproduction, publication, resale, commercial-use, and digital-use rights are not transferred.
Photo licensing
A displayed license price is a starting or reference fee, not automatic permission to use the photograph. No usage rights are granted until the intended use, placement, territory, duration, exclusivity, credit, delivery, final price, and payment are confirmed in writing by Lucas Munzlinger Photography.
Order review
Orders are accepted only after secure payment is confirmed. Lucas may contact you if an image, size, address, or production detail needs clarification. If an order cannot be produced, the payment will be refunded through the original payment method.
Color and presentation
Print color and brightness can differ slightly from a backlit screen. Cropping is reviewed for the selected print ratio, and any material change will be confirmed before production.

Shipping & Returns
How print production, delivery problems, and returns are handled.
Production and shipping
Prints are made to order. Production and delivery estimates are shown or confirmed with the order; they are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping is currently limited to addresses accepted in secure checkout.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact Lucas promptly after delivery with the order reference and clear photographs of the package and print. A damaged, defective, or incorrect item will be reviewed for replacement or refund.
Change-of-mind returns
Because prints are produced for an individual order, change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted after production begins. Contact Lucas as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or canceled.
Do not return without instructions
Wait for return instructions before mailing anything. Unauthorized returns may not reach the correct destination.
